Protein shakes and meal replacements are a dime a dozen these days. You definitely have a lot of options to choose from that pack a nutritional punch. My issue with a lot of them: the weird aftertaste.
I came across the USANA nutrimeal shakes well over a year ago, and I’ve been a fan ever since. They have three flavors: vanilla, chocolate (including chocolate whey) and strawberry.
